• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and specific URL paths to locate that material on the Hento platform.
• Contact details of the complaining party (including name, physical address, phone number, and email address).
• A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe this was due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent containing your contact info, signature, identification of the removed file, and a statement consenting to local federal jurisdiction.
